Naked Scripture Friday: Back 2 School

Today, in honor of the first week of school, Naked Scripture Friday takes on students:

“The Queen of Sheba, having heard of Solomon’s fame, came to test him with subtle questions…She came to Solomon and questioned him on every subject in which she was interested. King Solomon explained everything she asked about and there remained nothing hidden from him that he could not explain to her.” I Kings 10:1-3 NAB

“Whoever gives heed to instruction prospers, and blessed is he who trusts in the Lord.” Proverbs 16:20 KJV

“The mind of the prudent acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge” Proverbs 18:15 NASB

“A student is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his master. It is enough for the student to be like his teacher, and the servant like his master.” Matthew 10:24-25 NIV

“Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may be wise.” I Corinthians 3:18 NKJV

“Anyone who receives instruction from the word must share all good things with his instructor.” Galatians 6:6 NIV

“We have much to say about this, but it is hard to explain because you are slow to learn.  In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. You need milk, not solid food!” Hebrews 5:11-12 NIV
